GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

This notice serves to inform clients and individuals who contact Aerobits Sp. z o.o. about the purpose, scope, duration, and legal basis of processing personal data provided by these individuals, as well as their rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to hereafter as GDPR), effective from May 25, 2018.

  • Data Controller

The data controller is Aerobits Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum, located in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter referred to as the Controller). The Controller can be contacted via email at info@aerobits.pl or by phone at +48 500 501 305.

  • Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing

Personal data of contact persons at current and potential business partners (clients, suppliers, public institutions, etc.).

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – When processing is necessary for contract performance, purchase orders, or other activities undertaken at your request prior to contract conclusion. If a contract is concluded, such data will be stored for 6 years until operations, purchase transactions, and procurement procedures are completed, obligations are settled, or statute-barred, as well as until any warranties and guarantees under the contract are fulfilled.

Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – When processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the Controller.

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – When no contract is concluded, data may be processed to create analyses, reports, and statistics for internal use, stored for no more than 3 years from the last data activity or until data deletion is requested.

  • Employees, Former Employees, and Job Candidates

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – With consent, personal data, including CVs, are stored for 3 months after recruitment or for up to 9 months if consent is given for future recruitments.

Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – When processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation related to employment relationships and the archiving of employment records.

  • Data We Process

Depending on whether the user contacts us online, by phone, in person, or by other means, different data from various sources are processed. Much of the data we process is provided by the user when using our services or contacting us—for example, when registering and providing their name, email address, or mailing address. We also obtain technical device data and access data, which are automatically recorded during the user’s interactions with our services. This may include information about the user’s device.  

At Aerobits Sp. z o.o., we process user data that constitutes personal data, allowing us to identify the user. This includes, for example, data such as the user’s name, name along with company name, phone number, order number, or email address.

  • Transfer of Your Personal Data

We transfer your data to entities with which we cooperate to use the products and services of suppliers you represent, e.g., entities providing postal, courier, legal, or IT services.  

We do not transfer your data outside the EEA (European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland).  

  • Technologies, Cookies, Server Logs

The Administrator uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User’s device after logging onto the Administrator’s website.  

Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system, and the Administrator stores cookies on the User’s device to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.  

The Administrator informs the User that they may block cookies in their browser; however, this may cause issues with the proper functioning of the Website on the User’s device.  

The Administrator uses the following tracking technologies for activities on the Website:

– Doubleclick by Google, Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

– Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA  

The Administrator informs the User that they can delete cookies stored on their device.  

Using the Website involves sending requests to the server where the Website is stored. Each request is recorded in server logs, which include the User’s IP address, server date and time, browser information, and the operating system used by the User. Server logs are saved and stored on the server but are not associated with specific users and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User. Server logs are solely auxiliary materials used for Website administration, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than authorized server administrators.  

The Administrator employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for data transmission.  

  • Your Rights Under GDPR

– The right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your personal data to another administrator.

– The right to object to the processing of your data for promoting our services or products.

– The right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe our data processing is unlawful.

– The right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time by sending an email or postal mail to the company’s headquarters.

Providing your data is voluntary and not a legal requirement. However, failure to provide data may prevent the fulfillment of a contract, order, or employment relationship.
